The pleasure to clear and resume again paints, crayons, brushes. The honor to do something for charity, to help those most in need of you, but trying to fix, to recreate memories of passion.
It's been exactly 10 years since last time I engaged in an enterprise like this. At the annual dinner of Piné Motori motor marshall association, I created a series of illustrations on cardboard depicting champions and rally drivers of yesterday and today. Now these works will be auctioned to raise funds for other charities connected to Piné Motori, in collaboration with RallyLink webportal.
The Piné Motori association is linked with the Club Loris Roggia, devoted to memory of the Italian rally co-driver founder of RallyLink and died exactly 10 years ago. The partnership will continue with a series of initiatives with the Scuderia San Marino, which Loris has worked with extensively in various editions of San Marino Rally, and will lead to a publication/memorial to be presented during 2013.
This is a great joy and an honor for me, to contribute to the cause with my passion and my work.
